The leadership of WCV is built on the foundation of team. We believe that synergy is an important facet of leadership and that God has placed gifts and strengths in each of us. When we bring those gifts and strengths to the table, we go farther than if we were to use them alone. The leadership of WCV functions as ones who are called to lead, not as employees. We believe that God calls and empowers various ones to care for certain aspects of community life. Visibility and platform are not indicators of who the real leaders are. It is simply a matter of obedience and function. This holds true through the entire community. Within the development of roles however, it does become necessary to identify some of the key positions that bring the whole team together. |
